You can click on the requesters name on mturk and in the address bar there will be a series of letters and numbers that begin with A. Example - https://worker.mturk.com/requesters/A3FDWXM9EY958R/projects?(the part in red)

If you have Panda you can click on the details tab of the little box and it will have the id in there in most cases.
