With so many hacks over the years and reverse password lookups/cracks, most people really need to change their passwords to strong ones on any important accounts.

I get an email a couple of times a week that there was an attempted login (it's a real email and not a phishing attempt). I don't care about that account, but I specifically added 2FA to it and the attackers have never gotten in. The only thing it suggests is adding 2FA. ? At that point, it's just a problem that my email address and possibly a decoded password was in one of those hacks. I've long changed passwords on every account I have.
