Account suspended due to identity verification

Dear,
I am from Bangladesh I have opened an account on amazon mturk long ago. Few days ago I logged in my mturk account and there is a message that "there is a problem with your mechanical turk account your account has been suspended by amazon mechanical turk
After see this message I have sent mail to Amazon worker support team. They informed me that your account has been suspended due to identity verification please send us a scan copy of your driving licence or equivalent government issued I'd card .(since November 29 ) I have been sending my I'd card scan issued by government of the people republic of Bangladesh
But every they sent me a automated message that we were unable to validate your documents your account has been suspended due to identity verification
I have faxed them using fax zero and many other online fax services even I have found the obsolete fax machine after lot of search in dhaka city. I am so much worried about the issue and time I have been spending and my patience has value to me. If anyone kindly help me regarding the issue I will be grateful to him...

I'm not sure we have any other advice than to keep sending information to Amazon. My understanding is that you need to stay on top of this and reach out every few days (politely . But that they are often slow to respond.

Hola Faruk. Tengo el mismo problema que tu. Mi cuenta fue suspendida supuestamente por dudas en mi identificación y ya he mandado varias veces por fax el documento que exigen para validarme, sin embargo sigo recibiendo comunicaciones evasivas y no he logrado que activen mi cuente. Tengo dinero retenido de mi trabajo en Mturk y en mi cuenta Amazon.com, la cual también fue suspendida. Si has logrado activar tu cuenta, por favor comunicame, como lo hiciste. Gracias
