I need to borrow my wife's car to have a remote starter installed. I need a good reason to use her car instead of mine during a time when we would both normally be driving our own respective vehicles. I'm a terrible liar. Any thoughts?

What kind of car do you have vs what kind of car does she have?

I don't know much about cars but a remote starter just gets you into the car faster, right? Why is it something you can't just ask her about?

I think people use the remote starter to warm up car (esp. in winter - makes the drive nicer

This is what I was thinking. They’re both suvs though. Not sure about size.

I see, I think I knew but wasnt quite sure exactly. I'm still confused why @Questicle has to be sneaky about it unless it's like a gift and wants to keep it a surprise
