Today I learned that dealing with someone else's insurance company is a nightmare and they will do whatever they can to screw you over even if the accident was in no way your fault. I love being an adult.

and i hope you have your own insurance that is taking care of you right now and will sue the other party's insurer later to recover the funds spent to help you now.
