What does it mean when under qualifications tab you get a hit exclusion but can retry? Why am I getting about ten from same author?

An exclusion qual usually just means you've taken a survey and the requester doesn't want you to take it again. The request again is just a default, but doesn't really do anything.

Are we allowed to complete a HIT again at a later date? Some instructions explicitly state NOT to retake certain HITs, but many do not stipulate either way. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I like to err on the side of caution and just return anything that looks familiar, unless they specify that it can be done multiple times. Even if they don't say no retakes, if they're running a study I assume they don't want duplicate data.
