It hasn't been implemented yet. When they do, you should be able to click on your name on Mturk and it will take you to your accounts page that will have a "Manage Schedule Payments" button, or something like that. It looks like they've already changed the help section under payments, but the button for it on your account page isn't there yet.

Edit - It will say, "Manage Payment Preferences" and then "select a transfer schedule for your earnings"

From what I understand, still daily, as they have not implemented the 7, 14, 30, 60 plan yet even though they said they would roll it out on 12/15 which was yesterday.
