I know very few fighters on this UFC card overnight. Prelims have 7 fights on espn starting at 1am. Prelims are 3 hours.

i have a fear for life after watching this that i didn't have 30 seconds prior

The ref should’ve stopped the fight 3-4 seconds before he did

3-4 secs in a mma fight can be severe

luckily she was able to get up after a bit

that’s a pretty bad rookie ref mistake

Nah i mean you labeled it appropriately, but i looked out of curiousity. But yeah, she got lucky, I dunno about the ref's experience but hopefully he learns from it

if the ref doesn’t get any consequences I’d be surprised.

some refs stop fights too early. some stop them too late.

hard to find a good balance in the fight game

if I was a ref I’d probably side on stopping a fight too early. I don’t want any fighters passing away just in case
