The new system doesn't use Amazon Payments at all from what I understand, so I don't think it should matter.

Did you recently make an account on Mturk? I thought they were forcing the new way onto new users already.

I got the invite for Mturk on the 13th and it had me do Amazom payment at first (my document was rejected). The next monday the new payment system was available. Today is my first payment transfer.
