sucked in elementary/middle school as people knew they could assault me without retaliation because i was taught not to be violent. with decades under my belt, i wish i could go back and retaliate with a nice blind-side knockout punch when the person was least expecting it, thinking that i won't retaliate.

accurate progress bars, that is.

had a survey Wednesday that progress bar was about 50% full so i was thinking there was much more to go. i got a nice surprise the next screen was demographics and progress bar changed to 90% instead of like 60%. I wonder if the progress bar was a survey psychological trick since it was by no means actually accurate except at the end.

True! I've also had the opposite happen a fair number of times where it gets to 80-90% quickly and then you crawl through 10 pages of bubble surveys to finish. Should also scale to the number of fields you fill out and not just the number of pages, since long bubble pages sometimes move the bar as much as a screen where you just enter your age and gender.

If anyone is running for president on this platform you have at least 1 vote guaranteed.
