Technically, burglary is the act of entering a premises you're not supposed to (ie breaking into someone's house). Now, if you steal something from the house, that is theft. That is a really poor attention check question though, because a lot of people confuse that.

That is a shame they did that. That sounds sneaky to me and would be worth emailing them about. Technically burglary is when someone enters a building to commit a crime. Theft is stealing. So people will commit burglary with the intent of theft.

Again, I would email the requester because that is silly they'd reject over that. Who was the requester?
