One thing I remember reading on this forum when I first joined on how to make the most is accept almost everything and at least attempt it. I used to be very good at doing that and was rewarded by odd bonuses and hits others didn't want to do turning out ok for me. The last few months I have been quite the opposite and my earnings have tanked. I think as soon as I get to feeling better I am going to make a better effort to attempt more hits again and see how that goes.
