Learned how to play their game (which seemed fun) and then waited for like 8 minutes for the timer to finish counting down "waiting for other participants to finish instructions" nonsense. Timer finishes and it says that I can't do the game for some reason but I'm eligible for base pay.

turk tip - workers, don't file a hit warning "unpaid screener" if you fail an attention check rather than demographics within the first minute of a study. I saw 3 unpaid screener complaints in the study and it was obvious it was a failed attention check as no demos were reported yet and i thought the attention check was really well done that i could see easy fails occuring.

requesters - please do a worker id check or set a qual rather than warn us not to do the study if we have already done it, or threat rejection if we have done the study before. Some of us do tons of surveys so we can't remember if we have done your study unless there is something unique or memorable in the study.
