After all of you talking about this, I added it to my shopping list for tomorrow. I mean, it's the smart thing to do. It stays fresh longer than milk and then the milk can be stretched further, so it's kinda like stockpiling milk... kinda?

Absolutely. Couldn't begin to guess what's in these bottles, but I've never seen anything from this brand actually go bad.

I'm not using hit catcher right now, though I have, and experienced that off and on with whatever catcher or scraper I've used. I never really spent time on finding a solution, mostly because I made it a habit to refresh my queue in MTS which has never let me down.

Lactaid has a long fridge life and its just milk without lactose. I give it to my daughter she used to never finish a gallon before it expires. but now I dont worry about it Taste ok too. Seems just a tad sweeter than reg milk and thats me getting the 1%
