That is a bit disturbing. It makes me think I should go buy another roll even though I have enough for the next 3 weeks. That's how the hoarding thing starts.

Give it awhile. People have short memories and will get bored with all this. Plus most of them can't afford to maintain this long--neither in buying power, nor in relief from work. And then there's the little fact that this situation is not going away in a month......That's when the lot of them really start spreading it around...'cause they're all only concerned with themselves...It's like what I always say about crowdsourcing...it's a great idea, but fails on the human quotient. It misses the fact that humans are encompassed by laziness and greed.

Do they not know where they are? Las Vegas is known for having especially high temperatures.....aren't they? I'd be walking around with a temperature all the time.
i'm not too worried. if it gets bad enough, just use the local currency.
I'm not super worried b/c we try to have it on hand always. (Ran out too often as kids and we're scarred lol) BUT... I'm like 90% certain my mom bought an add-on bidet last year and I can just hunt it down so we can install it. lol
