We always bitch about rejections, but we should remember we catch more flies with honey rather than vinegar.

Got a rejection yesterday on a 75c survey. The reason given was I missed answering an open-ended question. My first inclination was ream him a new one, demanding his IRB info.
Instead, I messaged him "I'm sorry I missed the question. Would you please email me the question so I can answer it so you get the data you need and I can get the rejection overturned?"
An hour later, with no answer back, he overturned the rejection, later told me don't worry about it.
