Or it could be like here. Cops are scared of getting sick more than they are of the gangs that will soon be raiding closed stores and probably moving into all the empty gentrification around here. But they are good enough to check up on the kids you leave at home alone while supposedly going to work. Then when you get hit with the notice that child services is taking away kids for neglect, you'll never know how that happened.

Nope. All my decent old neighbors are all gone. What's left is....well, my mother used to say that the people here weren't human. I always thought that she meant that they simply weren't as well heeled and educated as her. Nope. She meant they weren't human. No body wants to know anybody. Nobody wants to help anybody. Nobody decent lives here any more. They don't talk, except when they must. They don't return a wave. They don't know you..or maybe it's just me they don't know...And I'm not sure I don't prefer that after all.

What I'm wondering is are they going to give us these so called $1000 checks in the mail by a human? And do we have to take them to the bank to deposit them in person? Or just cash them. Why let the gov have them back when they close bank accounts? Or will they direct deposit them so we can pay our utility bills before the internet is shut off and the gov can't track us anymore?

I suspect and the way they are wording it is all individuals will get the money as that is how it was done before. Perhaps they will cut it off at the millionaire level or something. the corporations and overly rich are getting the 90 day tax break. Though I don't understand that. Taxes have to be filed by april 15 and then one can get an extension at least thru oct. 15 if needed.

We need a cash infusion ASAP. The easiest way is to just cut checks and put them in the mail. This is the EASIEST way to do it (why it has bipartisan support).

Once it passes, check go out and arrive in 2 weeks
