I'm not providing you the company I work for. Seems like an egregious violation of ethics to even ask for it.

I will be leaving an appropriate negative review on Turkopticon.

Not only is it poor ethics, it's also against the MTurk TOS for them to require any personal information from you.

murphy's law is my theme for today it seems. i am right there with you. luckily, i don't have to build a fort. i can just hole away in my apartment until tonight and the snow will build an igloo for me.

at least i *think* it is supposed to snow here on the east coast tonight but i cannot be sure, the news has been very vague about it...

coming from someone who does a lot of consulting with new requesters... some non-masters can get downright hateful and vicious when contacting requesters about the qual. It's amazing the level of pure unadulterated inappropriateness that gets aimed at them.... and somehow they seem to be deluded into thinking this aids their persuasive powers.
