My County Library system is AWESOME! I opened an email this morning to find they instituted a digital library card sign up for those who don't have one (the libraries are all closed). They have expanded their online offerings including a subscription to the full NY Times, additional children's programs/education, additional ebook collections and magazines, and movies. They have really stepped up in this crisis and they deserve a big raise.

that's awesome! Mine cancelled all due dates for now. I went in the day before they closed and checked out like 30 books, no kidding. I'm set for a while

I was the county bookmobile librarian for years until budget cuts eliminated the program. I took my classes through Bluegrass Community College, I think this is the only place that offers the classes in Kentucky.

i'll have to check my county library system for that since i only have accessed consumer reports and car repair manuals online from my library. i knew the library had physical media to borrow but that is inaccessible since they had to close down.
