If you got the code and clicked on the "next" page, if there was one, they have your data. You can contact the requester and give info including code you received, many requesters will give you a compensation hit. Ask for it.

I don't remember who it was, but I have had a couple do that sometime in the last month or so. I contacted them each and said I understand why they had rejected on that basis, and then explained that I am a fast reader and am really good at retaining the information. I asked them to look over the data I provided and see if they would undo the rejection.
Every time you respond it records your user ID as I understand it.
