Whenever I see one of these come up and Panda doesn't catch it for me, I tend to hover on the survey link in MTurk right at the time the survey starts, and then I keep clicking "Accept Hit" over and over until I get in. A lot of times people drop out of these hits early, or they Panda them and then get rid of them shortly after they start and they get thrown back into the pool. That's really my only strategy, and it doesn't always work, but I've gotten in on quite a few of them using my tactic.

I wasn't sure if that was something Kad had maybe added to MTS and I had missed it. I was pretty sure that you couldn't before, but I have been known to be wrong on several occasions.
