I want to do them but I'm not sure if it's considered a new group from the ones I did last week. I emailed them but never got an answer back :/

i imagine they have their stuff together that you will get a message if you can't do them.

i did one, tried to accept the next one and was told i can't do more and try again in two weeks.

As long as they have current information on you (address) they will mail you a check. If you have current banking information on file with them, they will direct deposit. Tax debt is not an offset from what they are saying. "IRS liabilities won’t come out of the payments and even people who owe back taxes should get the full amount they qualify for." (As well the IRS tool is not functioning properly which is expected, so you might not show up)

Thanks, I do know this.. I'm just very frustrated. I am sure the IRS will have no problem taking out my automated payment on the 20th at all... They definitely have my bank account information.

Seems like a lot of people are getting this message on the IRS site "According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time" With thousands of inquires per minute i'm pretty sure they're system is at a standstill and not reading the database properly

heads up... you may be getting a "bonus" from your auto insurer!

many auto insurers are returning premium to their policyholders due to fewer people driving and the lower amount of claims being paid out. most people will see the premium return show up as a discount on their renewal billing. i would ask for a check if you aren't renewing or taking your insurance purchase elsewhere.

this bill is awful though. guaranteed money for life because who knows if employment will ever reach pre-epidemic shutdown levels ever again, or at least for a couple years until we get a vaccine.

put in a 6 month length and remove federal unemployment funding to the states and i could go for this bill short-term.

my dad was telling me he saw on the news 'they' (not sure who they is atm) are saying social distancing rules might stay in place until 2022. That just sound crazy to me. I can't help wondering how accurate that is or if they're blowing it out of proportion.
