I've been dealing with Credit Card issues of my ex had put me on as an authorized user back in the day and I never had cards to these accounts, and then he started maxing them out recently and it hit my credit report hard. I've had to call 4 banks... Capitol One has been the best and Chase has been the worst by far. Chase is going to take over 2 hours.

Be sure to follow it up with reporting disputes (for removal) on your credit reports, they usually do this faster when you dispute through the credit card bureaus. Chase can really be such a pain with a lot of things, no doubt about that and request that the banks send you a hard copy of actions. Some times these things reappear out of know where months later, even after you have them cleared up.

yeah, everyone has done the disputes too. now i wait a month and see how it updates
