TacFit is a great workout regime... doesn't require a lot of equipment either, most of the movements involve using body resistance and burst movement.That DOES help me. You've given me some great ideas. I've let my sprouting fall to the wayside so you've inspired me to get that going again. I LOVE Chia seed pudding, I think it's so satisfying. I've tried Tai Chi a few times but I'd never even heard of Tacfit. Looks interesting. Thanks for the inspiration!
Also, what kind of shoots do you do?
The smoothie I make every morning comes from the old survival community... it's called the "Perfect 3.3 cent Breakfast" written up by Kurt Saxon... although with todays inflation it isn't 3.3 cents a day anymore.
I won't get too heavy into what I photograph because I heard recently that some people were offended... so I'll spoilerize this and anyone that doesn't want to hear about it can skip over it. I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable.
