TacFit is a great workout regime... doesn't require a lot of equipment either, most of the movements involve using body resistance and burst movement.

The smoothie I make every morning comes from the old survival community... it's called the "Perfect 3.3 cent Breakfast" written up by Kurt Saxon... although with todays inflation it isn't 3.3 cents a day anymore.
