Empirical Jury - How do I contact them for my pay?

I just completed this "Jury Duty - The Kind You Get Paid For (AIE-2)(~ 32 minutes) " I spent so much time on it, there is no way someone can complete that in 32 minutes.. there were so many questions! So I ran out of time and was only late by 10 seconds and it wouldn't submit because of that. So I didn't get paid, although I clicked on "Done" on the last page of the survey.
I tried to contact the requester, Empirical Jury but when I sent it off this message was there..

Strange... something is not right
The provided website address is not valid. Below are all HITs available.

Does anyone know another way how I can contact them? I don't want that all to be a waste of time.

Look them up on TV, then email them your completion code and ask for a make-up HIT. Worst that can happen is they ignore you.

Thank you, that is how I contacted them but it said it wasn't going through and then I read the little note today when you hover over "contact requestor". It says that there will be an error message but that the message would go through, so they probably got my message, like 20 times, haha
Anyway, I'll see if I hear from them, probably won't because I read they are not good at getting back to people but crossing my fingers. Thanks for your help!
