It;s played with a partner, and if he DC's you'll be cut short. I was able to get maybe half way through. However, you can still submit and they say they'll give you a partial bonus depending on how much you completed.
That's what happened to me. The other person exited halfway through the last task. This task took a while, so hopefully I'll get a bonus to help cover my time.
