I also got a rejection from Lox a little while ago. I guess we shouldn't have said anything! I sent a message and also got the same speel about the coding issue.

I had 4 rejection out 50+, messaged and did replied with these:

"You actually didnt fail the HIT. Your rejection was caused by a bug on our system. You did get two images wrong but the system should only fail you if you get >4 wrong. I am going to approve your hit. let me know if you encounter this issue again. sorry for the inconvenience. I am working to fix it. "

"Will do. I hope to have the approvals fixed by tomorrow. There are about 1000 HITS that have this issue. "
