When you get a payment to paypal, they will send you an email and you have to "claim" it. It will ask you to convert it to dollars or leave it in pounds. I dont think there is a fee either way.

when you cash out. you get paid in brit pounds to your paypal then you transfer to your u.s. bank with about a 5 cent per british pound foreign currency conversion fee.

good news is that there are more dollar per brit pound lately so you can get more money than you did about 2 months ago.

Under 5 minutes, for me, due to having minimal experience with crimes that they were interested in, but very straight-forward and offered a completion code and all...
