FYI there was local anaesthetic. It was in the neck. It did hurt but it wasn't that bad.

If they'd gone in through the groin I would have opted for the sedation.
years ago I had a spinal tap and they found blood in both viles of samples, so they took me to get a scan of my brain, in order to do that they had to go in thru my groin and run a long tube in then put some sort of ink solution in so they could read the brain scan.

that hurt pretty bad but the ink solution was burning my groin area and legs, felt like fire, the most pain I had had having any procedure, up until the kidney stone but it was bad, wish they had offered sedation on that one , so I don't blame you if you had asked for sedation if they said we need to go in thru the groin... Trust me, if any doctor ever tells any of you they need to go in thru the groin, say, no, yell SEDATION! :)

I had it in the groin without sedation and will never do that again. It was very painful and my blood pressure dropped so low I almost died.

Just got a rejection from Consumer Behavior Researcher for a 50 cent survey "An engaging consumer study about a meditation application"

Reason: "We're afraid that we decided we cannot approve your response after checking what you wrote in our survey for the writing task about meditation. You wrote something completely irrelevant to meditation or brought something from the interent"

Someone remind me not to do any more cheap surveys - they generally suck, and comprise most all of my completely undeserved rejections. I wrote the requester, but I'm now actively engaged in conjuring up a special mild (somewhat) curse for them....

That's scammy of them. Yeah, I've found this to be true. The rejections that I've gotten are almost always from the lowest paying hits. I do think there really might be a correlation between being cheap and not paying.

Now you know why I seldom do cheap surveys. Fully half of my 19 rejections were from this type of rubbish. The rest were from idiots, and those trying to ''arrange'' the data to prove their theory.. One such wanted me, and others, to re-do a survey (4 times!) because the data wasn't what they wanted. Another (Helen Walters, no less) tried to tell me that she didn't reject me. HA. Then she proceeded to instruct me to do the second survey in that group. HA. And the beat goes on......I prefer to be suspicious of cheapies.........If requesters were a business, they'd be out of business quick....Oh look, some of them ARE businesses, aren't they?

I think this rejection belongs in the "trying to ''arrange'' the data to prove their theory."
Also, this makes my 21st rejection, lol - I was tryin' to hold at 20!

Then you could offer to lift it for a $1!
By the time I'm done with them, they will need their stupid meditation app!

Edit: Oh no - I just realized that I now may have to change my usual answers in all future psych surveys. I'm starting to hold a grudge and becoming unforgiving and resentful. I feel like I might have to get even and punch some holes in walls, lol.

Hi guys and gals, been a hot minute! I'm busy on a plethora of other work projects so haven't been turking too much lately besides the few hits that pop up. Stopping in quick to see if anyone's interested in joining the MTC Fantasy Football League, we had 4 drop out, and as the current back to back TO BACK champion, of course I'm going to defend my title.

If anyone's interested, we have the draft tentatively set up for 4pm EST this Sunday, and we need 4 more people. Shooting the link around if anyone wants to join, feel free!

If you have any questions please give me a shout. :)

Hope you all are making bank and living your best life.
