Shoot them an e-mail and ask why they rejected you exactly. Sometimes requesters make mistakes they don't even realize they are making when checking their work. It also may give you some insight into how they requester wants their work to be done for future reference.

I did email them. It's either an error on their end or a bogus rejection, as they're claiming I "made up an ad slogan" rather than describing the video action, and I recall exactly what I put because I debated phrasing.

I don't know why, it's often these very low paying hits that I've gotten rejected for. If there's any kind of question at all, I often don't even bother with them. Although, sometimes you can't tell. I feel like I have a better sense now about which to do or not. yeah, it's always good to ask for some kind of explanation.
