eh. i have my own things that I do daily. I've never done instructor led exercises. Generally 30 minutes of indoor walking daily and then work w/ resistance bands followed by 10 or 15 minutes every hour of indoor walking.. a carryover from what I did when I was working to force myself to get up and move around throughout the day. My weekends, when it's nice enough to be outdoors (ie, no rain and temps above 45) are covered with >20 mile bike rides or 5Ks (not both). For the next 3 months I'll be focused on running over riding as I'm prepping for the Austin Cap 10k run in April which hopefully will be an in person event though I'm not betting on that being the case.
