congrats!

the state has not defined my vaccine phase yet or when I'm getting it, but I'll predict it will be late Spring or summer, i won't have a problem getting the first dose but the black cloud over me says 3 weeks later there won't be a second dose available for me to get because dose supplies were not held back to give the required second dose on a timely basis so i have to wait for the second shot distribution.

Ah, yeah, I hear that.

I am among the first in my county to get it because I'm a type one diabetic, slightly chubby (i.e. obese lol), and a healthcare worker.

that's me sans the healthcare worker part. thanks for risking your life helping us. that's why i'm not in the senior citizen living facility and healthcare worker phase the state is currently in.

i did register with my state health dept for when the state defines my phase and then sends me an email that i am eligible to get my vaccine.

Aw, thank you! It's been a wild ride working in healthcare during these crazy times, but ultimately I've learned that I get bored doing anything else and healthcare is where my heart is. I keep coming back to it, it seems. I've been debating going back to school to become a PA for a year or so now, and I'm even more driven post-COVID, tbh.

Quit debating and just do it. Health care was where my heart has always been, and I missed so many opportunities because I put it off....

It was a pretty good and busy day today - highlight was a 10.00 compensation hit that I had given up on. I'm happy with PE, and ready for a Tall White Russian, before I heat up a can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew and throw some refrigerated biscuits in the oven, lol. Hope everyone did/ does well!

Ooooh nice! Glad you had a good day! I'm at $21 right now, so I'll take it! I'm hoping for a few good weekend batches to fill my time :) A girl can dream lol
