I have several hits from 12/18/2020 still pending. I've contacted the requester (Noah Turk) several times asking the hits be processed with no response. What else can I do? Thank you!

I think they have 30 days. There is nothing you can do but wait. It WILL go through automatically at the 30 day mark though (unless they manually approve them before that).
Amazon does little to get in the middle of requesters and workers (and if they do, it's to help the requesters, really). So, if a requester doesn't respond. well. that's that.
