Same. I have to have everything dark mode & lower the brightness. My next glasses I'm thinking of getting a pair just for work {I buy from Zenni so it's cheap enough to do so} with extra blue light coatings and such.
Blue light blocking glasses are a dime a dozen. Some block more of the blue light spectrums than others. For me, I I do a combo of turning screen brightness way down, dark modes wherever possible, and use amber-tinted blue light blocking glasses.
