I just wrote up a new bug in the MTS 3.2.1 Bug thread I started up last week. If MTS crashes on you and you reload it be sure to compare its earnings with what AMT has recorded in its dashboard if you've done any hits when MTS is down.

Speaking of MTS, is anyone aware of a way to still see pending earnings? That was one of my favorite parts of MTS.

How do you sync the new MTS ? The daily total is totally off and i can't find the sync button

in addition to the already mentioned "sync" button in hit tracker, go to the dashboard section on the AMT site and you might see a MTS generated message that there are submitted hits not showing up in tracker and click the button to catch tracker up.
