well, I've made no money. But I have a really scary New England basement - and in the corners dirt was coming in. (Major panic!) It's from water running off the roof and going straight down.

I couldn't sleep the past few nights worried that it meant I had damaged my foundation. The nice foundation guy came over - said. Nope. It's fine. (Need a better drainage system ofc). But otherwise, I'm okay!

So, made no money.....but didn't lose thousands, either. Yeah!
