Anyone else work on Prolific and cant login to their account..
I got this error
PEC-AS-0005 error
Login verification failed due to high risk of non-human activity on this network.

basically, it says im a bot and im not. Even tried to log in to my phone. same error. so i know they locked me out.
I did do a windows update last nite before bed and maybe that had something to do with it. Not sure..
Filed a support ticket but waiting for a response... says could take 72 hours was depending on that to help pay for my daughters bday stuff for the 24th... grrrr

and did you file a support ticket yet?

if you file and you did the update make sure to mention it. I really think if its not an internal error it had something to do with that.
