PandAs aren't a HIT, they are something you do with a HIT. It stands for "Preview AND Accept" it is a way to put a sort of watcher out for a certain HIT and keep trying to catch it even if you missed it when it was first posted. If you have Panda Crazy or Hit Catcher installed, you can add the hit in there and it will keep trying to grab it for you.
