beware this requester

Real-time interactive decision making activity(~ 25 minutes)
started working on this about 20 minutes in because i had another study i was working on when i caught it. Im going through the study and get to the part where i have to wait for other people to join. as per the instructions I can wait 5 minutes and choose to wait longer or not wait and get my show up fee for $1.50 , or i can wait another 5 minutes, (which i did) After 10 minutes if the team fails to form i would be given a completion code and will be able to submit for my show up fee.. ...
So here is where the problem starts,, I get to the 10 minutes nothing happens, I wait 30 more seconds, still nothing, I message the requester asking what should i do at this point? should i just use my ID to submit? no response , i get to past 15 minutes now ,, still nothing ,, I message again stating its 16 minutes now and im just going to use my id to submit as my timer is starting to expire. I get done sending that and notice I have a new email from the requester stating yeah that is fine to go ahead and use my id. So after reading that i click back on the study page I had open and notice that the study has started and ended because i did not respond in time,,, So i again reach out to the requester and expain again what happened, tell them i would not of even had time to do the study considering ,, and ask if im going to be rejected now because of this,, They tell me that because they can not see my ID because i am no longer eligible then for me to give them my paypal information so they can send me the $1.50 ....
ummm no?
