Looking for card game

There was a survey a few days ago that taught a new card game, had some tutorials, and then required you to play the game. The game had a long German name. A card was turned over and the player who showed a higher card won it. I forgot the detailed instructions. Does anyone know if it was a real game and where can I find the instructions? I never finished the hit due to time restraints so I have no record of it.

That is not the game. It was much simpler and can only be played with 2 players. There are no tricks. In each of the 13 rounds each player plays a single card and one of them wins a turned over card from a stack. The played cards are discarded and the score is only determined by the point values of the turned over card that is won.
What I remember is that the stack card is turned over and then each player plays a single card. If both are the same or both are lower than the card no one wins. If one card is less than the turned over card and one is higher then higher card get it. I am not sure what happens when both cards are higher. There are 13 rounds since that is the number of cards in your hand. The strategy is not to waste a high card to win a low card.
