tbh, I'm just hoping he shows up at all. The last guy ghosted me! (Our towns facebook page had a whole list of people complaining about this - just yesterday. I thought it was just me, lol. Apparently, it happens to LOTS of people. They get a better job and off they go............ (small town....not enough fixer-people - :(
