I guess you don't have a Home Depot in your area because they have lists of vetted handypeople.

We don't (next state over). But everywhere around here - service type folks/ handypeople - they are overworked. Honestly, people are begging for workers. It's a weird place in that the housing costs are so high - and it's kind of rural. I read an article about upstate where they can't hire enough construction workers no matter what they are paying because they can't find any housing (for the workers).

Plus post-pandemic buying is still high. We're kind of a state that people want to move to - to get away from the cities.
