Sounds like the requester didn't get enough approved responses so they threw out the whole survey. They'll likely change their mind when the pitchforks come out.

My rating is 99.98 so at least I know the reason was bogus. It was a new requester and I wrote her as I'm sure others have. Not a lot of hope for a reversal, though....
