I can attest to the requester being very good at communicating, because I screwed up and didn't submit the registration HIT in time (fact: Instructions state to submit that with your access code BEFORE continuing with the experiment... oops), and there was already a "just in case you screwed up" HIT available for me to submit, and they emailed me a reply, linking me to that, and encouraging me to continue with the experiment, saying they took compensation seriously, even if I didn't complete it.
So that's nice.
