I have had Otto for about two years now. It has helped me immensely. I set it to .10 cent hits and then some days 1 dollar hits. It has caught remesh for me when otherwise I would have never been able to catch it. I have caught quite a few hits. Never tried to set it under ten cents so not sure if that might be where the problem was for you. The guy that runs otto is great about helping answer any questions or initial setup for you.
Not sure how today to going to pan out. Start off busy as heck but has started to slow down a little now.
Not sure how many folks remember or not but last week I was doing a trial run of Otto Lite. The application did fairly well at capturing one off HITs but I never seemed to get many surveys. I had my minimum HIT reward set to .03 so I was able to get a lot of easy quick HITs that took seconds to complete. What was odd was that Otto did not seem to get anything over .25 for some reason. Otto just seemed to not capture that many surveys nor did it seem to capture HITs over .25 for some reason.
Starting this past Monday I decided to give Turk Guru a try which cost me $9.99 for a one month subscription. I recouped my month payment easily in the first hours of using it where with Otto I did not get the $18 subscription fee until around almost noon. After using the application for almost a week now I would have to say that I am making around the same money that I did with Otto lite. The big difference is that Turk Guru seems to do a better job at capturing the higher paying surveys that what Otto Lite seemed to do. However, on the other hand Turk Guru does not seem to do as good of a job at capturing the one off HITs that I was mentioning before. I do have Turk Guru set to the same reward that I did have Otto Lite set at which is .03.
