I messed up. There was a job I was doing, but I had to click off before I started. When I came back, I accidently hit the submit button and turned it in before I could even work on it. No code was required....

Is this against Mturk Terms of Service or will it simply lead to a rejection and/or block by the requester? Never had this happen before.

If I had to guess I would say that it will result in a rejection and/or block by the requester

you can message the requester and explain to them what happened. Sometimes they will work with you and let you re-do the study. Also. if you use MTS you can go into your tracker and find the hit you submitted and click on the SRC icon next to it. it will open the Landing page of the hit on mturk where you can get the link to work on it. Or just use your browsers history lol. But I would defiantly try and reach out to them.

That requester i had the issue with yesterday about them claiming i would get a bonus from them on a non submitted task, emailed me this morning and guess what??? they created a compensation hit for me. FML Once i read their email i just started laughing hard, Well at least that is over and done wtih

Thanks for the advice and reply.

I used the Tracker like freekshow suggested and finished the survey. Got the completion code and use the "Contact Requester" function to tell them what happened and provided the completion code.
