Good morning all! It has been a while since I've been on here. Seems like mturk has slowed down quite a bit since last year. Is this the case or am I just imagining this?

No it's been bad but the platform is dying, if it wasn't for my closed qualsi wouldn't be here anymore and if that goes away i'd remove myself from the Mturk completely after 10+ yrs. Sad to see AMZ not giving a damn about Mturk and just letting it rot and die

Sad to hear that. Hopefully something else comes along or they start caring.

I still feel like there's more to this. I was constantly averaging $30 just off surveys( Non CR1 or masters). Starting 2 weeks ago, everything just dried up. I am not even getting any $1 surveys anymore and have been making $1-5 a day these past 2 weeks. Remesh not posting as much really hurts as well. Haven't even seen Flying Fish lately.

Yes but the auto catchers have always been a thing. This mturk slowdown just started 2 weeks ago for me. Like today, i've been on for at least 2 hours already and have seen 0 surveys. Yesterday, on for 8 hours. If not for closed qual, i'd have a PE of $4.

So I contacted Cloud Connect about why I haven't seen a job in 3 weeks. They replied that I was waitlisted due to high sign up rates....?

Seems odd considering I'm already signed up and have done jobs already. Based on what they said, the algorithm puts priority on those who aren't active. So I'm not sure what's going on...sucks either way though.

If it's the one I'm thinking about, the first set of questions are a qualifier of sorts. If you don't answer correctly, it will say you are not qualified when you submit it.

It has a set of correct answers as a qualifier and if you miss one, it says you didn't qualify for it at the time.
