I did that a few weeks ago. I wore my sandals to bed for a few weeks. I think it's better, now (just the past few days I've felt confident on it). Ouch.

If you're old enough you might want to do this'n. Although if you have any sense, you might not. Did take me 40 min, but I'm slow and didn't see any reason to hurry.....like what else was I doing? It's painfully easy and therefore annoying. I did notice that my mind went entirely blank in one portion....or I might have been asleep. Prop your foot up and try it. I did.
