Mturk trouble with phone number for account.

When I try and add my phone number it says that its already used with another account. ive had this number for over 10 years now so im not sure how thats possible how do i solve this issue?

Do you have another Amazon account? MTurk uses the same account that you would use for shopping on Amazon (or any of their other services). So if you made a new account for MTurk, and already had an Amazon shopping account, then they would see the new account as a duplicate. But whether that's the case or not, this is probably something that you'd need to contact Amazon about.
